Electric Rail Transfer Platform Car Powered by Traveling Cable

It is an electric rail transfer platform car powered by a cable reel, designed for industrial scenarios requiring medium to long distances and high frequency round-trips on fixed tracks. For steel, metallurgy, shipbuilding, heavy machinery and other industries, in the workshop, warehouse, port, such as environment, safe and efficient for heavy material, large workpiece and container rail transport task. 

Core configuration 
Load capacity: The standard series ranges from 1 to 300 tons. 
Power supply method: Powered by cable reel. The length of the winding can be customized as needed. 
Drive system: high power ac frequency conversion motor or dc motor drive, smooth operation, start-stop precision, speed adjustable stepless. 
Rail system: adapter QU70 - QU120 heavy rail, gauge can customize according to customer's existing orbit (1435 mm standard or non-standard). 
Control mode: Support vehicle wire control box, wireless remote control and cab control, adapt to different working habits and safety requirements. 
Platform design: high strength steel structure platform, the surface can be laid checkered plate, open T slot, or add special tooling.

Safety Configuration:
Operating Safety: Heavy buffers and travel limit switches are installed at both ends of the vehicle body to prevent over-travel collisions; an audible and visual alarm system and an emergency stop button are also equipped.
Electrical Safety: The control system has overcurrent, overload, phase loss, and leakage protection; the protection level of the slip ring box can reach above IP54.
Parking Safety: Dual guarantees of electromagnetic brake and manual mechanical brake ensure stability during parking. 
Customization Features:
Platform customization: can be customized flat, concave platform (steel coil), V-shaped saddle (pipe), T groove platform (fixed workpiece) or with power drum platform (automatic loading and unloading).
Function extension: can be mounted to the hydraulic elevator, platform, rotating, lateral, automatic weighing or RFID material identification, etc.

*For lenght is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
* If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
