Introduction of Material Transfer Equipment
Our line of Material Transfer Equipment is designed to accommodate the needs of a wide range of industries such as steel, aluminum, automotive, stamping, heavy manufacturing and several others. These units are designed to operate on floor mounted rails and are used to transport heavy materials across crane bays or in areas not serviced by an overhead crane.
Application of Material Transfer Equipment
The trailing cable powered Heavy Duty Material Transfer Equipment is mainly applied in assembly line (ring production line, loop production line), metallurgy industry (steel ladle), warehouse transport, ship industry (maintenance, assemble, container transport), workpiece transport in workshop, lathe transport, steel factory (steel billet, steel plate, steel coil, steel pipe, section steel, steel structure), construction (bridge, simple building, concrete, concrete column), petroleum industry (oil pump, sucker rod and parts), energy (polycrystalline silicon, generator, windmill), chemical industry(electrolytic cell, retort etc), railway (rail maintenance, rail welding, train tractor).
Working Principle of Material Transfer Equipment
This Heavy Duty Material Transfer Equipment is powered by dragging cable. The power source 380-690v alternating if leaded into electrical control cabinet by cable, which controls the motor to make the cart start, stop, move forward and move backward. Hydraulic lifting system can be mounted on the car to meet the demand for car lifting. The Heavy Duty Rail Cart is suitable for running distance less than 20m, high using frequency.
