Packaging & Shipping

For equipment with length less than 6m and width less than 2.2m, transportation via 20ft container. For length between 5.9m and 12m, 40ft container is used. Multiple sets can be transported by full container, while single sets use LCL Container.

For equipment beyond standard dimensions or width exceeding 2.2m, flat rack (20 or 40 ft) transportation is required. Oversized equipment may require bulk cargo shipping.

With few night shift workers, this self-guided vehicle has become the main force. It can automatically carry very heavy goods and run very stably on complex routes. The automatic charging function is very convenient. When the battery runs out, it will recharge by itself. After having it, the efficiency of night shifts has increased significantly and they have also become much safer.

This trolley has a simple structure, but it is indeed useful. Place the heavy blank and push it away, saving the trouble of using a forklift. It can adapt even if the ground is a bit uneven. To be honest, the most important thing about this kind of basic equipment is that it works well.

I used a regular trolley from another brand before. When it carried a large load, the wheels were prone to damage. The heavy-duty steel parts forklifts purchased this time are completely different. The thickened steel plates and heavy-duty industrial wheels are particularly solid. They have been in use for more than half a year and have been operating at full capacity every day without any problems. Although the price is a bit higher, it doesn't require frequent maintenance and replacement, making it more cost-effective when calculated.
