Trackless Omnidirectional Transfer Cart Offering Longitudinal and Transverse Mobility with Automatic Stop Safety Detection
This is a highly maneuverable trackless transfer vehicle that achieves omnidirectional movement by using McNamm wheel or omnidirectional wheel technology. It can rotate longitudinally, laterally, diagonally and in place within a plane, completely solving the problem of difficulty for traditional vehicles to turn and make U-turns in narrow Spaces. Equipped with an automatic obstacle stop safety detection system, it provides ultimate flexibility while ensuring the safety of people, objects and the environment. It is an ideal choice for optimizing the material flow efficiency in modern flexible production lines, automated warehouses and clean workshops.
Drive mode: Four-wheel independent servo motor drive, combined with McNamm wheels to achieve precise omnidirectional movement.
Mobility: It features all-round movement modes including longitudinal, lateral, diagonal and central rotation.
Navigation methods: Supports laser SLAM navigation, magnetic nail navigation or visual navigation, and the path can be flexibly adjusted.
Safety system: Integrates multi-level safety sensors, including liDAR, safety contact edge, and ultrasonic sensors.
Power supply mode: High-energy lithium battery pack, supporting automatic/manual charging.

*For lenght is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
* If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
