Battery Powred Electric Flatbed Transfer Cart Transport Precast Slab

This is a file for precast concrete, building materials production base and the construction site design luck battery-powered electric flat car, focus on solving large panel, floor, composite plate, the plate component, such as hollow board inside the factory of efficient, safe, nondestructive transportation problem. 

Core configuration 
Load capacity: The standard series ranges from 1 to 300 tons, capable of meeting various requirements, from transporting a single large slab to stacking multiple slabs. 
Power system: Powered by high-energy-density lithium battery pack, with a continuous operation time of over 8 hours. 
Walking system: Heavy-duty polyurethane solid tires, with low ground pressure, protecting the factory floor, suitable for indoor and outdoor hardened roads as well as complex road conditions with a small amount of gravel. 
Steering method: Standard equipped with front-wheel steering, optional four-wheel steering or omnidirectional wheel set (McNamur wheels) can be selected to achieve crab-like movement, diagonal movement and in-place rotation, enabling smooth navigation in narrow storage yards. 
Control method: Industrial-grade wireless remote control (standard configuration), operators can control the equipment from a safe distance with a clear view; optional cab control or automatic navigation (laser SLAM/magnetic pins) is also available. 
Platform design: Ultra-low flat structure, with the ground clearance as low as 500-700mm, facilitating connection with mold platforms, curing ovens and transportation vehicles; the platform surface is covered with anti-slip patterned steel plates or rubber pads to prevent the plates from sliding and getting damaged.

Unmanned trackless flexible transportation: No need to lay tracks. The vehicle can freely plan its route throughout the entire factory area, reaching any mold platform, maintenance kiln or storage yard workstation. 
Heavy-load stable transportation: With a multi-wheel load-bearing design and hydraulic suspension system (optional), it effectively absorbs road vibrations, ensuring that the plates remain stable during transportation.
Remote control precise alignment: The operator can remotely control the vehicle from the best viewing angle, facilitating precise alignment with mold platforms, maintenance kilns, flipping machines and trucks, significantly reducing loading and unloading time. 
Safety Configuration:
360° Active Collision Prevention: Equipped with laser radar or ultrasonic sensors, it can detect obstacles in front in real time and automatically slow down or stop in an emergency.
Multiple Emergency Braking: Three layers of safety measures including remote control emergency stop, vehicle emergency stop button, and mechanical anti-collision bar. Automatic braking occurs in case of signal loss.
Sound and Light Warning System: Clear sound and light warnings during operation, turning, and reversing to alert people around to avoid.
Battery Safety: Intelligent battery management system, featuring overcharge, overdischarge, overtemperature, and short-circuit protection. 
Customization features:
Platform size and form customization: Platform length and width can be customized; fixed flat plates, hydraulic lifting platforms, and power drum platforms are available as options.
Special support devices: Adjustable-height flexible support pads, side limit blocks, or A-type steel frames can be equipped for transporting irregularly shaped plates or vertically stored plates.
Environmental adaptation customization: Special versions such as high-temperature resistant (for material curing and material transportation), dust-proof (for open-air storage yards), or low-temperature resistant (for winter construction) can be provided.
