Introduction of Bolier Transfer Trolley
- The ladle transfer carts is specially designed to transfer the high-temperature material is available in inflammable and explosive environment.
- The heat insulating material and explosion-proof motors are used in the ladle transfer carts to resist the high temperature and the cart's materials, driving system and electrical control should be specially designed.
- The tractor motor of the ladle transfer carts is designed in slowly start and stop to reduce the inertia of the car and avoid molten steel or slag from splashing.
- Usually the ladle transfer carts prepare two motors for safe production. while the main motor is damaged by the high temperature the reserve motor can continue work in emergency situations.
- Power supply can be selected according to specific work conditions.

Application of Bolier Transfer Trolley
With the functions of steady traveling, stepless speed regulation, the boiler transfer trolley is commonly applied to transfer steel ladle, aluminum ladle, lead ladle, steel slag etc. Generally the outer surface temperature of the ladle is 200-300 degree , due to the high temperature, the boiler transfer trolley should be designed with heat exposure proof device, especially to the battery, motor, reducer and electric appliance.
