1. The introduction of Heavy Transfer Traverser
This is an intelligent and flexible equipment for changing direction and docking designed for modern automatic conveying systems. It integrates battery power supply, automatic control, and precise rotation, and can be seamlessly integrated into conveyor lines, chain plate lines, AGV networks, etc. as a "crossroads" for material flow, achieving fully automatic and high-precision diversion, convergence, and 90°/180° turning of workpieces, pallets, or carriers in multiple directions, significantly enhancing the flexibility and space utilization of the system.
Core configuration
Drive and Power Supply: Servo motor drive, equipped with high-precision swivel bearings; Built-in lithium battery pack, eliminating the limitation of fixed power wiring.
Load-bearing capacity: The standard model covers from 1 ton to 10 tons.
Control method: Integrated PLC and communication module, supporting I/O signal triggering, bus communication (Profinet/Ethernet IP) and wireless command control.
Positioning accuracy: Utilizing servo closed-loop control, the stop angle accuracy can reach ±0.1°.
Interface integration: The platform can integrate power rollers, chain plates or positioning devices, and smoothly connect with the upstream and downstream conveying lines

7. Packing and Shipping
*For lenght is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
*If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
