1.Product Overview---Material Transfer Flat Carriage
We have a wide range of Material Transfer Flat Carriages to suit the job and application. This Motorized Transfer Flat Carriages is used in Painting shops, quarries, Warehouses and multi-bay workshops for transferring loads.Power feeding is done through storage battery, cable reeling drum, trailing cable or low voltage rail.
The Carriages are non-standard and designed considering pay load. Various parameters for considering the pay load include the Dimension of the load, Speed, Length, Width & Height. The Structure is made out of Q235-B structural steel and wheels are made from alloy steel and 45-50mmt polyurethane rubber wheel to suit the load and protect the floor surface.
The top platform can be a chequered plate - Plain or with a turning table in paint shop or with perforated sheets, depending upon the application.
