Introduction of Products Transfer Car 
This is an all-terrain electric transfer vehicle that combines large-tonnage carrying capacity with extreme maneuverability. Its load capacity ranges from 1 ton to 300 tons. The core advantage lies in its four-wheel independent steering system, which supports various modes such as straight driving, lateral driving, diagonal driving, Ackerman steering, and 360° rotation on the spot. This completely solves the problems of large-tonnage vehicles having large turning radii and difficulty in making U-turns in narrow spaces. Without the need to lay tracks, it can freely travel on hardened roads in workshops, warehouses, and storage yards, making it an ideal solution for achieving flexible and efficient transfer of heavy materials. 

Core configuration 
Load capacity: Fully covered from 1 to 300 tons. Customization for higher loads is available upon request. 
Steering system: Four-wheel independent electronically controlled steering, equipped with high-precision angle sensors, supporting five steering modes (straight driving, lateral driving, diagonal driving, Ackerman steering, and spinning on the spot). 
Drive system: Powered by high-power AC variable-frequency motors or servo motors. Optional four-wheel drive or two-wheel drive. Smooth operation, precise start and stop. 
Power system: High energy density lithium battery pack, with a range of up to 8-12 hours. 
Walking system: Heavy-duty polyurethane solid tires or pneumatic tires, with low ground pressure, suitable for indoor and outdoor hardened roads as well as general complex road conditions. 
Vehicle body structure: High-strength box-type beam structure. After sandblasting and rust removal, it is coated with high-performance anti-corrosion paint.

Core functions:
Full-wheel steering: Capable of performing complex maneuvers such as turning, lateral movement, and diagonal travel in extremely narrow spaces.
Trackless free movement: No need to lay tracks, can freely plan paths throughout the factory area, directly reaching any workstation, completely breaking free from track constraints and adapting to changes in production line layout.
Heavy-load stable transportation: Hydraulic suspension system (optional) ensures even load distribution on all wheels, effectively absorbing road bumps and protecting the safety of materials.
Precise positioning and docking: Through variable frequency speed regulation and encoder feedback, achieve precise docking within ±20mm, facilitating docking with production lines, shelves, and loading/unloading equipment. 

Safety Configuration:
360° Active Collision Prevention: Equipped with laser radar or ultrasonic sensors, it can detect obstacles in front in real time and automatically slow down or stop in an emergency.
Multiple Emergency Braking: Three layers of safety measures including remote control emergency stop, vehicle emergency stop button, and mechanical anti-collision bar. Automatic braking occurs in case of signal loss.
Sound and Light Warning System: Clear sound and light warnings during operation, turning, and reversing to alert people around to avoid.
Battery Safety: Intelligent battery management system, featuring protection against overcharging, overdischarging, overheating, and short circuits. 

Customization Features:
Full platform customization: Dimensions, shape (flat, concave, swivel neck), and ground height are customized according to the workpiece. It can integrate hydraulic lifting, rotation, and lateral movement functions.
Special carriers: Can be equipped with V-shaped saddle seats (for transporting rolled materials), T-shaped slot platforms (for fixing workpieces), roller lines (for automatic loading and unloading), clamping devices, etc.
Environment adaptation customization: Special versions such as explosion-proof type, high-temperature resistant type, corrosion-resistant type, and clean room version can be provided.

Our products have special dimensions and need to be transported across tracks. The manufacturer customized this vehicle and the turntable system according to our track spacing and load capacity. The most satisfying aspect is the flexibility of the combination of remote control and turntable: The trolley tranches the workpiece to the turntable. After remotely controlling it to rotate at any Angle, it can easily cut into another track and continue transportation. It's really convenient and greatly improves efficiency.
