These vehicles operate on either railways or cement floors, with selection based on transportation routes and client project specifications. Rail transport carts are ideal for fixed routes without rotation requirements, while trackless transfer trolleys on cement floors provide 360° directional turning capability.

CNC Cutting
Steel plates are transported from raw material warehouse to CNC cutting workshop for precision cutting. Post-cutting operations include chip removal and layout preparation.
Preliminary Assembling
Cut steel plates are assembled according to design specifications and technical drawings.
Welding
Automatic welding machines join steel plate components following preliminary assembly.
Post Weld Treatment
Welded sections undergo quality testing, polishing, deburring, and stress relief treatments to eliminate welding stress.
Spray Primer
Processed structural components are transported to painting booth for zinc-rich epoxy anti-rust primer application in two layers.
Assembling
Primer-coated structural parts are assembled with wheels, motors, gear boxes, and other components.
Paint Finish
Assembled carts undergo primer integrity inspection before final finish painting.
Debugging
Finished carts undergo electrical control system debugging, followed by no-load testing, load testing, and final inspection before storage.
- For vehicles under 6m length and 2.2m width: Transport via 20ft container
- For vehicles between 5.9m-12m length: Transport via 40ft container
- Multiple units (2-3 sets): Full container transport
- Single unit: LCL (Less than Container Load) transport
- Width exceeding 2.2m: Requires flat rack transport (20ft or 40ft)
- Oversized equipment: Bulk cargo transport based on dimensions and quantity

Towed Type Carts
Capacity: Up to 60 tons. Features caster or crane wheels for manual movement on smooth to semi-smooth floors. Can be towed behind lift trucks or powered carts. Economical alternative to powered carts. Suitable for space-constrained work areas.
On-Rail Type Carts
Capacity: Up to 100 tons. Mounted on steel rails for fixed-path shuttling. Available in AC powered or DC battery powered configurations. Ideal for moving materials like steel or liquid tanks between locations.
Steerable Type Carts
Capacity: Up to 45 tons. Features two fixed and two swivel casters. DC battery powered (AC optional). Designed for smooth to semi-smooth level floors. Customizable for specific application requirements.
