Product Description
It is a battery-powered electric flat car designed for transverse transport between track intersections, transfer areas and parallel tracks. Using intelligent electronic control system, realize the precise control of vehicle direction and speed, can easily switch between vertical and horizontal orbit operation, is efficient in solving complex track layout materials circulation at the core of the equipment.
Core configuration
Load capacity: 1 - 1500 tons, customizable as per requirements
Power supply method: Large-capacity lithium battery / lead-acid battery, with a battery life of 6 to 10 hours.
Drive system: DC/AC variable frequency motor, bidirectional independent drive
Operating mode: Longitudinal movement + Lateral movement (90° direction change)
Control mode: Industrial wireless remote control + Vehicle-mounted line control dual mode
Railway fitment: Compatible with QU70-QU120 rails. The track gauge can be customized as per requirements.

Core function
Bidirectional operation in both directions: It can achieve longitudinal and lateral movement on the intersecting tracks, solving the problem of material transfer between vertical direction tracks.
Electrical control for precise speed regulation: The variable frequency control system enables stepless speed adjustment, with smooth start and stop, and low-speed crawling for precise positioning.
Smooth and reliable reversing: Utilizing a hydraulic lifting + slewing bearing reversing mechanism, the lifting is smooth and the positioning is accurate.
Wireless flexible operation: Battery-powered, free from the constraints of cables, capable of freely navigating through complex track layouts.

Emergency stop button (with both vehicle body and remote control configurations)

Packaging & Shipping
*For lenght is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
* If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
