Uses of Electric Transfer Cart:
The electric transfer cart is mainly applied in assembly line (ring production line, loop production line), metallurgy industry (steel ladle), warehouse transport, ship industry (maintenance, assemble, container transport), workpiece transport in workshop, lathe transport, steel factory (steel billet, steel plate, steel coil, steel pipe, section steel, steel structure), construction(bridge, simple building, concrete, concrete column), petroleum industry (oil pump, sucker rod and parts), energy (polycrystalline silicon, generator, windmill), chemical industry (electrolytic cell, retort etc), railway (rail maintenance, rail welding, train tractor).

The electric transfer cart gets the power from the battery which is installed inside the car. The current is supplied to pulling motor through electric control system, which makes the car start, stop, move forward, move backward, turn around, change speed, etc. The start-up DC motors installed in the car is smooth with high torque and low voltage, so the impact force to reducer is much weaker.
1. The battery capacity is depend on the cart load capacity. It can run 4 hours when full-load for no sport working. The cart will load and unload, and will stop times, so the working time is much longer than 4 hours.
2. The battery need 6-8 hours for charging. When it is left 30% power, it will need 4 hours to charge full.
3. The battery is very easy for the replacement. It can be taken out by a forklift or a trolley. The replacement will just need about 5 minutes.
4. The service lift of the battery is 3-4 years, you can charge 1200-1500 times with normal use.

*For length is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
*If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
