Customized Industrial Trailer and Electric Transfer Cart Solutions
Product Overview
Integrated logistics solutions designed for the transfer of ring production lines and steel workpieces including billets, tubes, sections, and castings. Available in electric rail and trackless transport trailer models, these solutions can be combined according to process requirements to achieve efficient material transfer across ring lines, straight lines, and workshops.
Electric Transfer Vehicle
- Load capacity: 1 - 1500 tons, customizable as per requirements
- Power supply method: Lithium battery / Lead-acid battery / Contact cable / Cable reel (optional)
- Drive method: Motor drive with frequency conversion, speed adjustable from 0 to 25 meters per minute
- Walking mode: Track type / Non-track type (optional)
- Control method: Wireless remote control + Vehicle-mounted line control + PLC automatic control
Industrial Trailer
- Load capacity: 1 - 1500 tons
- Traction method: Traction by transfer vehicle or forklift

- Steering mode: Automatic follow-up steering or independent steering
Working Principle
The Electric Railway Carriage receives power from the battery installed inside the vehicle. Current is supplied to the pulling motor through the electric control system, enabling the cart to start, stop, move forward, move backward, turn around, and change speed. The start-up DC motors provide smooth operation with high torque and low voltage, minimizing impact force on the reducer.
Battery Specifications
- Battery capacity depends on cart load capacity - can run 4 hours at full load for non-stop operation
- Typical working time exceeds 4 hours due to loading/unloading cycles and intermittent stops
- Charging requires 6-8 hours; from 30% power to full charge takes approximately 4 hours
- Easy replacement using forklift or trolley - replacement process takes about 5 minutes
- Battery service life: 3-4 years with 1200-1500 charge cycles under normal use
