This is a 100-ton rubber-wheel track-guided transfer vehicle specially designed for long and heavy materials such as steel rods, pipes, and steel sections. 

Core configuration 
Load capacity: Rated at 100 tons. The frame adopts a long platform and low center of gravity design, specifically optimized for long materials such as steel rods, and the effective load-bearing length can reach 12-18 meters. 
Walking system: Heavy-duty rubber solid tires, equipped with track-guiding wheel sets, can be used to travel on ordinary hardened roads and also precisely guide along the preset tracks. 
Guidance method: Dual guarantee of track guidance and magnetic nail/magnetic strip navigation. The track ensures straight-line accuracy, and magnetic navigation achieves precise positioning. 
Power system: High energy density lithium iron phosphate battery pack, with a range of 8 to 12 hours. 
Navigation system: Laser SLAM navigation combined with magnetic nail positioning for precise docking. 
Safety system: 360° laser radar collision prevention, load center of gravity monitoring, multiple braking redundancies, anti-skid device.

Dual advantages of rubber wheels and track guidance:
Rubber tires: Low pressure on the ground, protecting the floor, low running noise, suitable for indoor and outdoor hardened roads.
Track-guided wheels: Travel along the track on key sections (such as workshops, loading and unloading areas) to ensure straight-line accuracy and prevent deviation.
Flexible switching: Can freely switch between track-based and non-track-based modes to meet the needs of different road sections.
Specialized steel rod bearing platform:
Long platform design: Effective bearing length is 12-18 meters, suitable for standard steel rods, reinforcing bars, and steel pipes of standard lengths.
V-shaped saddle/adjustable support: Equipped with multiple sets of adjustable V-shaped saddles or flexible support blocks to prevent steel rods from rolling or sliding, suitable for different diameters.

Anti-skid device: The track-guiding wheels are equipped with anti-skid blocks to ensure safe operation at bends and switches.
Multiple braking guarantees: energy recovery braking, electric control braking, hydraulic braking and mechanical parking braking with redundant design.
Emergency stop: Multiple emergency stop buttons are set around the vehicle body, and the remote control also has an emergency stop function. Automatic braking occurs when the signal is lost.
Sound and light warning system: Clear sound and light prompts during operation, turning, and reversing.
