This is a 110-ton electric track transfer vehicle specially designed for the assembly lines of heavy commercial vehicles, construction machinery and rail transit vehicles.
Core configuration
Load capacity: Rated at 110 tons. The frame adopts a heavy-duty box-shaped beam structure, meeting the load-bearing requirements for non-road vehicles, heavy trucks, large buses, and other vehicle components.
Rail system: Compatible with QU80-QU120 heavy-duty rails. The track gauge can be customized according to the layout of the assembly line process.
Power supply method: Powered by safe sliding cable, or optional cable drum power supply or lithium battery power supply.
Control mode: Dual mode of industrial-grade wireless remote control and vehicle-mounted line control box. Optional PLC automatic control is available to achieve linkage with the assembly line's rhythm.
Positioning accuracy: Variable frequency control + encoder/ laser distance measurement feedback. The docking accuracy can reach ±5mm, meeting the precise docking requirements with elevating tables, flipping machines, and AGVs.
Platform design: Heavy-duty flat plate structure. The surface can be equipped with T-shaped grooves, installation positioning holes, or additional special tooling brackets.

Safety configuration
Multiple positioning protection: At the workstation, there are two redundant positioning systems - proximity switches and laser distance measurement. In case of over-limit, the machine will automatically stop and give an alarm.
Safety protection during operation: At both ends of the vehicle body, there are heavy-duty polyurethane buffers and mechanical limit stop blocks. An audible and visual alarm system is also equipped (with three types of alerts: operation, reverse, and fault).
Parking safety: Dual protection of electromagnetic disconnection braking and manual mechanical braking. Automatic braking occurs in case of signal loss or power failure. The vehicle does not roll away when parked on a slope.
Anti-slip design: The wheel flange is in close contact with the track. Guard rail devices are installed at the curves to prevent foreign objects from getting stuck. An optional track sweeper can also be selected to achieve this purpose.
Customization function
Platform customization: Customizable T-slot platform (fixed tooling), platform with positioning pin holes (precise positioning of workpieces), power roller platform (automatic loading and unloading), hydraulic lifting platform (multiple height connections).
Specialized tooling: Additional components such as frame support frames, cab positioning brackets, powertrain V-shaped bases, and tire loading racks can be installed for specialized assembly purposes.
Navigation upgrade: It can be upgraded to magnetic pin/magnetic strip navigation AGV, enabling fully automatic unmanned transportation and seamless integration with WMS/MES systems.
Environmental Adaptability: Available in dedicated types for painting workshops (explosion-proof, anti-static), dedicated types for welding workshops (anti-solder-splash), and outdoor types (waterproof, weather-resistant).

Designed specifically for the material flow in the heavy vehicle assembly line:
Frame welding line: Transport the longitudinally and transversely joined components that have been cut and stamped to the welding station, or transfer the completed frame assemblies to the painting workshop.
Powertrain assembly line: Transports power components such as engines, gearboxes, and axles between the subassembly line and the main line to achieve modular assembly.
Main assembly line: Between the assembly stations for chassis, powertrain integration, cab integration, and tire installation, the vehicle body is conveyed in a continuous flow according to the production schedule.
Inspection and Repair Line: Transfer the vehicles that have been completed but failed the inspection to the inspection station, or transfer the faulty vehicles to the repair area.
Construction machinery assembly: Component assembly for large equipment such as excavators, loaders, and cranes, as well as transportation of complete machines upon delivery.

*For lenght is less than 6m, the width is less than 2.2m. It will be transported by 20ft container. If the length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m, it will be transported by 40ft container. If the quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets, they can be transported by full container. If the quantity is 1 set, it can be transported by LCL Container.
* If the length is less than 12m, the width is beyond 2.2m. It needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft) . If the equipment is beyond above dimension, and quantity need to consider bulk cargo.
