Product Overview

This battery-powered transport trailer cart offers a comprehensive range of die handling products specifically designed for the unique needs of stamping, molding, and transporting heavy dies or molds from storage to press lines. These die transfer trailer carts are widely used in processing lines for punching, pouring, cold heading, extrusion, powder metallurgy parts pressing, pressure casting, and compression or injection molding of engineering plastics, rubber, ceramics, and other products.

Our heavy die transfer trailers are operating in many shipping lines, stevedores, concrete manufacturers, foundries, steel mills, and other industrial facilities. We have supplied Hybrid Transfer Carts worldwide for moving molds inside and outside plants using electric traction and driving long distances.

Heavy Load Die Transfer Trailer Carts are mainly used to solve maneuverability problems in tight spaces. Manufacturing Process
  • CNC Cutting: Transport steel plates from raw material warehouse to CNC cutting workshop for cutting. After cutting, workers perform simple processing such as chip moving and setting out.
  • Preliminary Assembling: Put the cut steel plate together according to the design drawing.
  • Welding: Weld the steel plate with automatic welding machine after preliminary assembling.
  • Post Weld Treatment: Test the welding section after welding, polish and burr. Perform post weld treatment to eliminate welding stress.
  • Spray Primer: Transport the structure part after processing to painting booth for spraying primer. The main component of the primer is zinc rich epoxy antirust paint. The primer is applied in two layers.
  • Assembling: Assemble the structure parts after spraying primer with wheels, motors and gear box, etc.
  • Paint Finish: Transport the assembled cart to painting booth, inspect the integrity of primer. After that, paint the finish.
  • Debugging: Debug the cart after painting with electric control system. After debugging, the cart will be tested without load. After the no load test, the cart will be tested with load. After inspection, the cart will be transported to storage area.

  • For length less than 6m and width less than 2.2m: Transported by 20ft container.
  • If length is longer than 5.9m and less than 12m: Transported by 40ft container.
  • If quantity is 2 sets or 3 sets: Can be transported by full container.
  • If quantity is 1 set: Can be transported by LCL Container.
  • If length is less than 12m and width beyond 2.2m: Needs to be transported by flat rack (20 or 40 ft).
  • If equipment is beyond above dimensions: Quantity needs to consider bulk cargo.

This vehicle is quite durable as it has to transport various metal parts back and forth every day. The steel plate is thick enough to prevent heavy objects from deforming when placed on it. It feels light when pushed and makes little noise. For us, it is a reliable tool in the workshop
